The plot ramps up the urgency as the arrogant Prince Schwan prepares to take the throne, threatening to dissolve ACCA entirely upon his coronation. Character designs for Schwan perfectly convey his pampered, out-of-touch nature through his sharp posture and dismissive facial expressions. Visuals are bright, capturing the excessive luxury of the royal capital. Specific Moment: Schwan indifferently tossing a royal decree onto a table without looking, showcasing his complete lack of respect for the 13 districts.
