watching the classmates realize they could not escape the classroom until they finished the scenes was a total trip and the sheer panic on their faces was the part that actually got me

The premise of using an app to force classmates into these roles is twisted, but the animation is surprisingly decent.

the director guy controlling the whole situation with his phone was a total power trip and the lighting in that dark room added a lot to the mood

the main girl having to act in front of everyone because of that app was actually pretty intense and the art quality stayed high throughout the whole scene

I liked the idea of the app making classmates do whatever the guy wanted and the classroom setting felt pretty grounded for this kind of thing

the lighting in the classroom scenes was actually really good for setting the mood and it made the whole darkness game vibe feel way more oppressive for everyone trapped there

that ending where the mc realizes he has total control over his classmates through the phone is such a grim twist on the usual harem setup and it felt really cold
susanoo_slayer_49's avatar
susanoo_slayer_49
the voice acting during the classroom scenes sounded so desperate and it made the whole darkness game concept feel way more dangerous than usual for a show like this

the scene where the first girl has to follow the app instructions in the dark classroom was brutal and the art style really captured the fear on her face

I was expecting something way more generic but the whole psychological setup with the classroom trap felt surprisingly heavy for a pilot. The way the app just strips away their choices, while the protagonist just directs everything from the side, was really uncomfortable to watch. It definitely makes you wonder how far things are going to go in the next few episodes.

that reveal of how the app works on his classmates was nasty and the visual of them being forced to perform in front of him is going to haunt anyone watching

I actually felt bad for the girls when they realized they were trapped in that room and that creepy app started giving orders because the level of desperation in their voices was way too intense

it is genuinely creepy how the protagonist just stands there and watches his classmates get forced into those positions by a phone app and it feels dark for this kind of show

The darkness theme really adds to the atmosphere, and seeing the classroom turn into a stage for that director app was a pretty bold way to start things.

watching the girls try to resist the rules of the room only to get broken down by the director app made my skin crawl and it was definitely a lot to take in at once

The voice acting for the girl in the darkness part sounded so desperate and it really sold the whole trapped in a room atmosphere they were going for

My skin was crawling when the main guy started giving orders through the screen and it makes me wonder how far the app is going to push them

Seeing the class rep get forced into that first scene was actually hard to watch because she seemed so genuinely confused about the rules

The animation when they show the phone interface looks really sleek and it makes the whole premise feel more modern than the older stuff

EPISODE CONTEXT

As the first of two episodes, this entry carries the full burden of world-building, dropping viewers directly into the central mystery with no prior context to lean on. It establishes the trapped-classroom scenario and introduces the key players whose dynamics will drive the conflict. Everything here feeds directly into the concluding episode, 'The Winner of the Game,' where the stakes established here are expected to reach resolution.
