EPISODE REVIEWS

Takumi really does act like a very good father figure. When the little one learn who to use the money it's very heartly. And kids fight with goblins is so fun to watch.

Episode Context

The title says it all. Takumi and the twins are squaring up against goblins, and the show leans into its formula of low-stakes combat mixed with parental warmth. Episode 5 sits right at the season's midpoint and delivers exactly what this series does best: watching absurdly powerful children punch way above their weight class while their adoptive dad tries to keep up. Expect the action to stay breezy rather than intense, with goblin encounters serving more as a playground for Allen and Elena's abilities than any genuine threat. The humor comes from the contrast between the danger a goblin fight should present and how casually this little family handles it. Slice-of-life beats weave through the combat sequences, reinforcing the bond between all three characters and keeping the emotional core intact.
