Chinatown's Warm Embrace
The friends arrived in Chinatown, a vibrant setting. Ichimura quickly showed discomfort with the heat, a minor physical vulnerability. Yoi, ever observant, noticed and quietly offered her umbrella. This simple act set the stage for their developing intimacy, pulling them slightly apart from the group.
An Umbrella, A Confession
Under the shared umbrella, Ichimura admitted feeling cold. He then spoke directly to Yoi, saying he wanted to flirt with her more. Her blush was immediate, a visible reaction to his unexpected forwardness. Tsukishima Senpai arrived, unwittingly breaking the intense moment with steamed buns, drawing a sharp contrast to the bubbling tension between Yoi and Ichimura.
Yoi's Inner Conflict
As the group ate, Yoi remained pensive. She replayed Ichimura's words about wanting to flirt with her. She observed Ichimura's unusual joviality with Tsukishima, sensing a shift in his demeanor. A quiet wish formed in her mind, a desire for an excursion with just the two of them.
The Grand Villa
The friends arrived at Ichimura's family villa, a place of unexpected modernity and scale. The sheer size and sleekness of the house stunned the others. Yoi, however, remained a little apart, her reaction more reserved than her friends' overt awe.
A Private Offer
Inside the villa, after ordering food, Ichimura asked about drinks. He bypassed the others who declined, singling out Yoi and insisting on getting her something himself. Yoi then vocalized her anxieties, asking if bringing the others to his private home was truly acceptable, acknowledging his prior secrecy.
Ichimura's Reassurance and Directness
Ichimura responded to Yoi's worry with a comforting hand on her shoulder. He reiterated his earlier sentiment, "When I'm with Yoi-chan, anything is fine." He then startled her with a direct invitation, "Tonight, I want to meet just the two of us." The suggestion hung in the air, electric with implication.
The Midnight Invitation
Later, in her room, Yoi found herself replaying Ichimura's words, her mind racing. Her phone then lit up with a message from him, asking if she was awake. Despite her nervousness, she quietly made her way to the living room, drawn by his call. The late hour amplified the clandestine nature of their meeting.
Vulnerability on the Sofa
Yoi sat beside Ichimura on the sofa. He spoke openly about his confused, contradictory feelings for her. "I want to be with you more," he confessed, "I want to know more about you. I want you more. But at the same time, I want to cherish you more. It's a contradictory feeling." He admitted he did not know what to do, revealing a raw vulnerability.
Yoi's Bold Proposal
Yoi listened to Ichimura's honest, clumsy admission. She then took a bold step herself. "If it's okay, before we leave tomorrow, can we go somewhere just the two of us?" she asked. When Ichimura seemed surprised, she clarified, "Like a date." He, in turn, was flustered but agreed, sealing their plans.
A Goodnight Touch
As they prepared to part for the night, Yoi paused. She directly asked Ichimura if she could touch him, a request born of her newfound understanding of his feelings and her own growing desire. After a moment of hesitation, she reached out, embracing him in a tender hug. Ichimura returned her embrace, his expression softening as he held her close.
Morning After, Date Awaits
The next morning, the group prepared to depart the villa. Yoi and Ichimura exchanged quiet smiles, a shared secret between them. Tsukishima Senpai, holding tickets, bubbled with excitement about the aquarium, setting the scene for their upcoming date.
The Aquarium's Embrace
Inside the aquarium, bathed in soft blue light, Yoi and Ichimura explored the marine life. They ate charming otter-shaped buns, sharing a playful moment. Ichimura then presented Yoi with an otter plushie, a sweet gesture of affection that caused her to blush.
A Shared Future
Ichimura's affection grew more overt, as he gently touched Yoi's forehead and cheek. He told her, "Yoi-chan is cute," before softly kissing her forehead, a moment of profound tenderness. Later, they walked hand-in-hand, their connection solidified. Both Yoi and Ichimura smiled shyly, reflecting a comfortable intimacy and a shared happiness that promised more to come.
