This episode reveals more information about both the plot and the main villain, although it still isn't enough to see the bigger picture. Since Kamachi-sensei is in charge of the story, this officially marks the first time Accelerator has witnessed magic being used and the animation sequence depicting it is quite good as well. P.S.
