EPISODE REVIEWS
This penultimate episode is pretty good! The animation is great, the battle tension is thick, and the dialogue hits right~ There’s a few alternating breather scenes so it’s not all fighting scenes, but I think the decision to do that just balances the drama with the action quite well.
a lot of dialogues were said and yeah there are some emotions shown here and there, but yeah the episode focuses more on the yap and drags the battle out. The last scene was a banger tho, and props to the animator they did not do any cheap cgi on the golem. Moving on to the last.
damn index and mikoto broke the bechdel test, they almost passed with that conversation they had xDkazakiri learning what friendship truly means and the effect index had on her while reflecting on those feelings was really heartwarming to watch
