Nice worldbuilding in this intro episode~ The combo of magic and science in this story is pretty interesting. Visuals and animation are really nice for a 2000s anime. Pacing is really good and keeps you intrigued, Can’t wait to see more of Academy City and the cute and cool characters!
it is time that i rewatch this again after a very long long time. And honestly the animation on the early 2000's are great compared to some anime nowadays. But yeah the background music are like a bit on the low end compared to day. Well this episode 1 was full of mysteries and fun. Great first episode, it will get hooked on some point.
i like the whole concept surrounding what kind of level of power they acquire and the interaction between index and our main character. this was a good introduction to the series and i didn't find it boring, but we'll see in the other episodes if they keep this kind of pace up. i don't really mind the animation, it's fairly good and not distractingly bad.did i just literally see a loli character by the end
