The thing about harem is that if there's only one arc to properly interact with the MC and only when the MC is being heroic, the romance gag only turns shallow and turns annoying. And it was dragged on quite a bit this episode. Not to mention I don't like how Kamijou's naivety is always made known almost every episode so far in this arc that it gets repetitive.
