EPISODE CONTEXT
Arriving at the series' midpoint out of eight episodes, Episode 4 marks a clear tonal shift from the early groundwork laid around Tsumugi's guarded nature and the surface-level introduction of Kaname. Where the first three episodes built their acquaintance gradually, this one pushes that relationship into more ambiguous, pressurized space. What unfolds here directly primes the back half of the season, where the tension built around trust and Kaname's true intentions will need to pay off.
