Synopsis
"2 PM at the Glass House" presents a unique narrative structure centered around a dragonfly specimen. The animation explores a story involving two boys, but the perspective remains ambiguous. The audience is left to question whether the narrative unfolds from the boys' point of view or if it's a dream experienced by the dragonfly itself. The dragonfly's identity is also a mystery; is it alive, dead, or something else entirely? The only certainty is the warmth of "his" hands, a recurring motif that suggests a deeper connection to the unfolding events. The film was created as a Graduate Work in 2013 at the Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation.
