This episode felt a bit like a filler, with not much happening in terms of the main storyline. Still, it was a decent and easy watch overall.
Wow, that's too much! I literally thought it was gonna be a chill episode or maybe a filler one. The plot suddenly shifted to a suspense tone, leaving a mindblowing cliffhanger yet again. It was a very nice pace to set the light mood with some touching moments and changed it to something worrying, it was enjoyable to watch!
With the Bishop's Apprentice Exam getting closer, seeing other candidates preparing for it makes the whole thing finally feel real. I enjoyed those smaller moments because they give the church world more life beyond Teito and his problems. Meanwhile, there's still plenty of tension lingering in the background. Hakuren continues growing on me too. His personality can be arrogant, but there's something unexpectedly dependable about him when it actually matters.
