Episode Context

Sitting right at the midpoint of Mini Dragon's thirteen-episode run, Episode 7 leans into the playful, tactile comedy that the title gleefully telegraphs. Expect the signature Kyoto Animation chibi aesthetic cranked up to maximum cuteness as the dragon cast, likely Tohru, Kanna, and the usual household, indulges in soft, squishy slice-of-life antics. The triple-heart title suggests a comfort-food episode heavy on physical gags, affectionate character moments, and the kind of low-stakes supernatural domesticity that defines the franchise's appeal. Pacing in these shorts is brisk by design, delivering a concentrated burst of warmth rather than narrative weight. If you're watching for cozy vibes and adorable dragon shenanigans animated with KyoAni's trademark polish, this episode delivers exactly that energy without pretending to be anything else.
