The Chimera Ant situation felt very political. The way it was portrayed here was excellent and made everything feel more complex than a simple battle. I actually appreciated it more because it showed how well-written the plot really is.

Gon was the focus in this episode. I actually liked how the strategies were explicitly shown and explained, making them easier for viewers to understand. Meleoron's character was still interesting and unpredictable, which made things even better.

This episode leaned more on dialogue and tactical strategies that set up the next few episodes. The pacing was a little slow, but the fight scenes were presented well. I really liked the progress so far.
