The story continued progressing steadily, but it definitely feels like we're approaching something major. I really like how everything is unfolding. Now that Killua is returning, things seem to be getting even more interesting.

The tension and unexpected wholesome moments in this episode were balanced really well. The first half mainly focused on Morel's fight, and honestly, it was amazing. That man is just built different. Things are becoming more exciting with every episode.

Why do I feel like we're getting closer to the final battle? 🥹 Anyway, I really liked this episode! The mix of emotions was written and balanced so well that it kept everything engaging. Morel was incredibly impressive here. The man that you are. 😭

Episode Context

Hunter x Hunter shifts into full tactical mode here, delivering one of the Chimera Ant arc's most cerebral confrontations. Morel takes center stage in an underground battle against Leol that rewards patient viewers who appreciate Nen's strategic depth over raw power. The pacing is deliberate and methodical, this isn't a flashy brawl but a chess match where environmental awareness and ability knowledge determine the outcome. Tension runs high as the episode explores what it means to be outmatched and how veteran Hunters adapt under pressure. Parallel threads involving Palm, Killua, and Ikalgo keep the broader invasion momentum alive without overwhelming the central duel. Expect a character-driven episode that deepens the show's exploration of resilience, resourcefulness, and the psychological dimensions of combat in a way that feels earned rather than expository.
