1. What is OshiQuest?
A daily and weekly quest that rewards you for doing what you already do on AnimeOshi: reviewing anime, upvoting, and joining conversations. Complete quests, earn Oshi Gold, spend it in the OshiStore.
2. How do I complete the daily quest?
Do any 2 of these 3 tasks in a day:
- Give 3 upvotes
- Write 1 review
- Leave 1 comment
3. Why 2 of 3 and not all 3?
Because some days you won't watch anime, and we don't want to push you into writing a review you don't mean.
4. Does a star rating on its own count?
No. The review task needs written text. A rating with no words doesn't complete it.
5. I rated the anime and episode 12 separately. Does that count twice?
Yes. Series-level and episode-level reviews are counted separately.
6. What's the weekly quest?
Same three tasks, bigger goals, and you only need to finish any 1 of them: 15 upvotes, or 5 reviews, or 5 comments.
7. When do quests reset?
Daily resets every day at 12am JST. Weekly resets Sunday at 12am JST. There's a live countdown in the widget so you never have to work it out.
8. What's the Event tab?
One-time and limited-time quests that sit outside the daily and weekly loop.
9. Do I need an account?
You can see OshiQuest without one, but you'll need to sign in to save your progress and claim your Gold.
