Synopsis
For years, Setsuna Shiraha has been in love with her childhood friend Ginta — the quiet, consuming kind of love that takes over your whole world. It's emotionally raw from the start, and the show doesn't shy away from how intense and messy those feelings can get. Then things take a genuinely dark turn when her teacher catches her in a private moment and uses it against her, and the story shifts into uncomfortable territory around power, vulnerability, and what people do when they feel cornered with no good options. This is a 2-episode OVA, so it moves fast and doesn't waste time — you're dropped straight into the emotional and moral weight of the situation. The school setting feels grounded rather than stylized, which makes the darker elements land harder. If you've watched something like Shiroi Jersey or Dakara Koi to Yobanaide and appreciated how they handle emotionally complicated relationships without softening the edges, this sits in similar territory. It's worth going in knowing this leans heavily dramatic and doesn't really offer easy resolutions — it's more interested in sitting with difficult feelings than wrapping them up neatly. Don't expect a conventional romance arc. This is closer to a psychological character study about someone caught between genuine love and a situation completely outside her control.
