If you liked Kuroinu or Taimanin Asagi, the setup here will feel familiar — a fantasy world with political power plays that put its female leads in increasingly compromising situations. The dynamic between Elisabeth and Angelica is actually the most interesting part of the premise; two women bound by duty and genuine affection, tested hard by someone operating from the shadows. It leans into psychological pressure as much as anything explicit, which gives it a bit more texture than you might expect from a short-run hentai OVA. Bible Black fans who appreciate when these things bother to build atmosphere will probably find something here. At two episodes, it does not overstay its welcome.
