Everything is so confusing. The status quo keeps changing every 5mins, which drastically lowers the impact. At the very least, they also agree with what I was thinking while watching it and that to not fight each other. In a way, this interaction made each other's side much more clear and definite. It was a much needed confrontation. But at the same time, some of it felt pointless.
