Pretty cool first episode. A bit of a slow start in establishing the setting and characters, but that wasn't bad either. A show with battleships is definitely a first for me and it's already doing great at establishing just that. The art actually looks pretty good and the ships are animated well (where it matters). The slow pace died out and actually picked up towards the end, now I'm excited to find out more.
