The show goes really dark here. If you were not sure about the tone, this episode will either pull you in fully or make you drop it. Jin's humanity is tested hard and the Player threat gets worse. The action scenes still had solid animation. Character development feels a bit rushed but the emotional part still works. This episode makes it clear where the story is headed and why it matters more now.
