Things start getting really intense here in a way that stands out. Kouga's part of the story is pushed to its limit and it becomes his strongest moment so far. The drama around him actually hits. Jin also gets a quieter moment, which gives a nice contrast. The pacing is chaotic and some parts move too fast to fully take in, but the emotional impact still comes through. This feels like the story is starting to head toward the end.
