I don't know if this show decided to drop the ball or something, but that was drawn out too much without anything exciting happening. I get that this is the setup episode for something bigger, but it was too safe, almost like a sidequest, actually. And that makes another dramatic moment seem out of place and unnecessary. That tense situation at the end feels unearned, hope it pays off next time somehow.
