📖 SYNOPSIS

In a seaside setting, an old fisherman's life takes a fantastical turn when he retrieves a fish bowl from the ocean. Painted on the bowl is a fishing child, who magically emerges into reality. The child's purpose is to gather pearls, presumably for the fisherman. However, their peaceful existence is threatened by a missionary, who desires to possess the magical fish bowl. The fishing child, fiercely protective of the bowl and its newfound owner, takes action against the missionary, suggesting a conflict between innocence and greed, and perhaps a clash of cultures or beliefs. The story focuses on the bond between the fisherman and the child, and the consequences of coveting the magical object.
