Synopsis
Working at a small real estate office, Minokawa Naoto deals with shady clients, embarrassingly low pay, and a boss who has made the workplace genuinely difficult to navigate, not because she's cruel, but because she can't keep her hands off him or the vacant apartments the company manages. When tenants skip out on rent, she sees empty space as opportunity. Naoto sees it as a problem. That tension is basically the whole show. Yariman Fudousan is a two-episode OVA from Studio 9 Maiami, adapted from manga, and it leans fully into its adult premise without pretending to be anything else. The workplace framing gives it a bit more structure than you might expect: there's a setup, there are character dynamics, and the short runtime keeps things tight rather than dragging. The character designs are expressive and distinct, which goes further than it sounds when you only have two episodes to establish anyone. If you've watched something like Kanojo x Kanojo x Kanojo and appreciated a hentai that at least bothers to give its characters a situation to exist in, this scratches a similar itch. Fans of Kansen: Inyoku no Rensa who want something lighter in tone might also find this more their speed. It's not trying to be profound, but it's a short, adult comedy with office dynamics and explicit content. If that's what you're looking for, it delivers exactly that without overstaying its welcome.
