Synopsis
Tucked so deep in the mountains that the nearest city feels like a distant memory, Morimori Academy is an all-boys boarding school, and it's where Takashi Toono finds himself newly transferred. To keep things simple, he joins what looks like the most low-key club on campus, the Photography Club. Turns out, the Photography Club has a nickname: the Yarichin Bitch Club. Its members are casually sleeping with basically everyone, and Toono is now somehow a part of this. He did not sign up for this. Well, technically he did sign up for this, just not knowingly. His only anchor is Kyousuke Yaguchi, a genuinely friendly classmate, and fellow transfer student Yuu Kashima, who processes the whole situation with a composure that borders on unsettling. The two-episode OVA from studio GRIZZLY leans into the absurdity without apologizing for it, mixing raunchy comedy with surprisingly human moments about identity and figuring out where you fit in a closed-off world. Don't go in expecting subtlety, it's Boys Love with erotica tags for a reason, and it owns that completely. If you liked Junjou Romantica or Sekaiichi Hatsukoi but want something with a weirder, more self-aware sense of humor, this scratches a specific itch. The comedy has a chaotic energy reminiscent of Grand Blue, just transplanted into a very different kind of club activity. Short, unapologetic, and oddly charming once you accept the premise.
