Synopsis
A high school turned hostile, shattered bonds, and childhood friends who can barely look at each other: that's where Yari Agari drops you. Ichika, Shinji, and Serina used to be inseparable, but something happened between them, and now Serina is running what can only be described as a coordinated campaign to make Ichika's school life miserable. The unsettling part is that Ichika still holds onto the hope that their old friendship can be salvaged, so she endures it, the humiliation, the cruelty, all of it, waiting for things to go back to how they were. They don't make it easy on her. This two-episode OVA from Nur leans hard into the psychological weight of betrayal and the damage that comes from trusting people who've turned on you. The mystery around what actually broke their friendship is what keeps the tension alive, you're watching Ichika suffer while piecing together what went wrong. If you've sat through the emotional gut-punches of Kuzu no Honkai or the relationship implosions in School Days, you'll recognize the kind of uncomfortable intimacy this goes for. It's not a feel-good story by any stretch, and the hentai label means it earns its mature rating in more ways than one. What makes it stick is the character dynamic: the history between these three gives the cruelty more weight than it would have with strangers. Dark, tense, and deliberately uncomfortable.
