When an ordinary salaryman named Kazuo Sugimoto gets wrongfully accused of groping someone on a crowded Tokyo train, a series of bad decisions leads him to confess to something he didn't do. When he tracks down the actual culprit to clear his name, things take a sharp left turn — the guy turns out to be a self-proclaimed grandmaster of 'Chikan-do: The Way of the Groper,' and Kazuo somehow walks away as his 500th official apprentice. This 2-episode OVA from 2003 is built around that absurd premise and leans hard into dark, deadpan humor — named techniques like 'The Berlin Wall' and 'The Battle of Odawara' are treated with the same gravity as martial arts disciplines, which is either funny or deeply uncomfortable depending on your threshold. It does not take itself seriously, but it also does not shy away from explicit adult content, so go in knowing exactly what you're getting. The urban train setting does a lot of work here, grounding the ridiculousness in a recognizable, mundane environment. If you've already worked through titles like Saishuu Chikan Densha or Chikan Densha: Iyarashii Koui and want something with a slightly more comedic framing, this scratches a different itch. It is not trying to be anything deep — it is a short, crude, intentionally over-the-top adult OVA with a martial arts parody structure holding the whole thing together.
