This episode has a serious atmosphere, how to put it? A couple of rather tragic events from Kamui's past, and those of the siblings Kotori and Fuma, are revealed. It's constantly emphasized that all these events were necessary for the great event to come, and that many other moments are destined to unfold exactly as prophesied. The tragedy is that even if the characters are aware of these future events, fate cannot be changed, as demonstrated in the final scenes of this episode. Here, I want to highlight the final fight scene; the visual of the night with the illuminated sign is sublime. There's a noticeable aesthetic care in this anime that gives the scenes elegant and striking visuals, lending a very special touch to this apocalyptic story.
