Wo You Yi Jian

Synopsis
Growing up as an adopted member of the Ye Clan, Ye Guan has no clue about his real origins. Pretty standard setup, right? But then he stumbles across a mysterious entity called the Little Pagoda, which hands him an ancient divine sword and connects him with a Great Sword Immortal. From there, his quiet life gets replaced by a cultivation journey across multiple realms, and the show leans hard into that transformation arc — watching someone go from nobody to someone who can actually hold their own in a world that's trying to kill him. This ONA from studio Xing Yi Kai Chen is based on a web novel, and you can feel the source material's depth in how the world is built out. There are layered realms, each with their own power dynamics, and the cultivation system around the divine sword has actual structure to it rather than just being generic power-ups. The soundtrack does solid work carrying both the fight scenes and the quieter character moments. The vibe is action-packed but grounded in Ye Guan's personal growth, which keeps it from feeling like just endless battles. If you liked the realm-hopping adventure feel of My Journey in an Alternate World or the attribute-stacking progression of I Picked Up Lots of Attributes, this hits a similar rhythm. Fans of Thunderbolt Fantasy's weapon-focused spectacle will also find something to appreciate here. It's a straightforward cultivation story told with enough craft to keep you watching.
