In 2021, Asumi feels lost and helpless, ready to quit her sales job at Kobe Steel amidst the company's struggles. Just as she's about to resign, a mystical light from a corporate history book transports her to Kobe in 1905. There, she meets the visionary and high-spirited founders from the company's origins, including Torasuke, a clumsy but passionate young man who dreams of the future. Together, the two journey across time, witnessing the company's history unfold as generations overcome hardship with hope.
