Synopsis
When a couple moves into a new apartment complex, the building's caretaker is unusually welcoming, the kind of welcoming that goes well beyond a housewarming gift. That tension between domestic life and hidden desires is basically the entire engine of this 2-episode OVA from Studio 9 Maiami, based on Yabitsu Hiro's erotic manga. The setup is deliberately mundane at first. New neighbors, a friendly building manager, communal gatherings. But the show is really interested in what happens when temptation shows up wearing a perfectly ordinary face.
