When a maritime disaster leaves a group of strangers washed up on a deserted island together, what sounds like the setup for a straightforward survival story quickly becomes something else entirely — until the island starts revealing things that make rescue feel like the least of their problems. This 2-episode OVA from T-Rex adapts an adult visual novel, and while it leans into its hentai genre openly, the framing around it involves genuine survival tension: finding food, building shelter, figuring out who among the group can actually be trusted. The cast has conflicting personalities and hidden pasts, and as the days grind on, alliances form and crack in ways that feel less like drama for drama's sake and more like pressure doing what pressure does to people. There are also supernatural elements layered into the island itself that push the story beyond a simple stranded-on-an-island setup, adding an unsettling undercurrent to everything. If you've watched Jutaijima or Meikoku Gakuen: Jutai-hen and liked how those titles mixed adult content with actual narrative tension, this sits comfortably in that same space. It shares DNA with Shoujo Senki Soul Eater too in terms of blending darker themes with its genre. At only two episodes, it doesn't overstay its welcome.
