When things are dire, a true hero emerges to turn the tides. However, fake heroes wouldn't care about anything but their own. Also if injustice is happening right in front of you and you are capable of doing something to fight, why should you hesitate? You are seeing things for yourself as they are and yet you choose inaction. That's plain enabling them.
