It was weird
the daughter really has no idea why this is happening to her and that makes the whole thing feel way darker than expected
the animation from poro usually looks better but this part feels kind of old and slow for a start
that mc started his revenge plan right away and it is messed up but he has a reason for it after what happened to his sister
I really felt for the sister in that opening scene and it makes the rest of the episode so much harder to watch even if it is supposed to be revenge
The dialogue feels really stiff and the voice acting for the sister was kind of over the top for such a dark scene
That final shot of his eyes reflecting the daughter crying was pretty intense, especially since the rest of the show looks so old and rough
This is basically just a mean spirited crime story and the way he treats the daughters feels pretty hard to watch
I really struggled with the protagonist in this first episode, because his sister went through something so horrific and yet his response is to become a complete villain to people who weren't even there. The scene where he is watching the first daughter from the shadows felt like a horror movie, and I just keep wondering if he will ever realize he is becoming exactly what he hates
The music in the background during the opening scene was so eerie and it set the mood for the whole episode
My stomach turned during the flashback and it makes it hard to even root for the main guy when he acts like that
The animation for the sister being attacked looked so dated but it made the whole thing feel more grimy and gross
Seeing him slowly track down each of those guys makes this feel way darker than your average revenge story
Wait that scene with the first daughter in the park was actually terrifying because the protagonist looked so cold and empty
I felt so uncomfortable when he cornered that girl in her room because she literally had nothing to do with her dad being a monster
You can tell this was an old game first and the atmosphere is heavy from the start
I found the art style for the girls way better than the guys which makes sense for this kind of show
The contrast between the wealthy lifestyle and the trash behavior of those men makes the protagonist actions feel earned
That scene with the sister was brutal and now you really want to see those rich guys pay for what they did
I am so uncomfortable watching what they did to his sister and it makes his revenge feel justified even if it is messed up
