The animation has that warm, slightly hazy quality that defined a lot of AIC's mid-90s output — it looks exactly like the era it came from, which is either nostalgic or dated depending on your tolerance. If you've watched La Blue Girl or Cool Devices and you're comfortable with the genre, this sits in familiar territory.
