It's nice to see their bond grew deeper the more they went into an adventure together, even the MC's character growth was touching. I felt like the plot moved a bit slower to the main plot, though the flow was still nice so it's not as noticeable. The animation for the fighting scene was enjoyable even though it's an old anime!
