After losing his parents, Shinji was raised in an orphanage, built his own life, and has a girl he loves — pretty solid foundation, honestly. Then a maid named Zero shows up and drops a bombshell: his grandfather is a wealthy businessman who wants Shinji to inherit everything. The catch is Shinji has zero interest in running some company he never knew existed, and he definitely doesn't want anything derailing his plans to marry his childhood friend Sae. His grandfather, however, is not the type to take no for an answer. The compromise offered is... unconventional. Shinji has to find a girl with a specific birthmark that only becomes visible under very particular circumstances, which puts him in a genuinely awkward position considering his feelings for Sae. The whole setup sounds absurd, but it actually creates real tension around loyalty, temptation, and what Shinji is willing to do to protect the life he wants. Character designs come from Tony Taka, so visually it has that polished, clean aesthetic his work is known for. If you've watched something like Discipline: The Record of a Crusade or Bible Black and appreciated when these productions bother building an actual story around the erotic content rather than abandoning plot entirely, this 2-episode OVA scratches a similar itch. It is not deep drama, but it has enough of a genuine premise to keep things engaging beyond the obvious.
