Today in Class 5-2 (TV)
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Following the line of the precedent OVAs (of the same name) This anime goes around the normal lives of some elementary school (5th grade, 2nd class room) kids and their adventures, while turning to teens. Their games, stupid jokes, and the misunderstandings around their premature attraction to the opposite sex. Ryota Satou is the main character here, but his friends are almost as important as him since the school wouldn't be the same without them, especially the girls who the majority of time appear to be mature by their ages but in the ends they are as childish and even more "dangerous" than the boys.

the finale goes back to ryota and chika's past and their promises. The animation was great. There were some weird thing they did in the anime especially since they are 5th graders. not a bad ending but not a good one either just comedy doing what it does. worth watching if you want to kill time. 👍👍
a good episode with some genuinely funny moments. the christmas segment is really sweet and ryota doing something unexpected with chika in the snow is a cute moment. great christmas episode🧑🎄🧑🎄
its mostly just daily activities and friendship stuff between the 5th graders. and the boys are still getting up to stupid stuff made me a little bored but hoping the finale is good🥱
disappointing one after how good episode 9 was. watching ryota and chika together is still fun. but the fairy tale segments dont really land and overall the episode feels corny and slow. not a great episode. 👎👎
one of the funniest episodes in the show no question. the typhoon part is chaotic. kouji eating absolutely everything is such a good moment and the last scene with ryota, megumi, kouji and yuuki together was fun. genuinely one of the best episodes😁😁😁
pretty average episode honestly. the whole thing is about ryota and the class being insecure about their height and weight which is relatable for 5th graders but doesnt make for the most exciting watch. nothing special but not unwatchable.
decent middle of the season episode. nothing really happens but more about the comedy keeps things moving.
GREAT episode with some of the best comedy timing in the show so far. ryoota and chika get a really nice moment together😁😁😁
one of the greater episodes so far. the friendship between the group feels genuine here and there are some really sweet moments scattered throughout. animation is a step up from the previous episodes too.⭐⭐
more of a group episode focusing on the whole class. fun enough but doesnt stand out much. pretty mid
ryoota and chika's dynamic gets more screen time here and its sweet. the classroom comedy is great this episode 👌👌
getting to know the rest of the class 5-2 crew. the comedy is hit and miss but the characters are likeable enough to carry it. nothing major happens but the slice of life energy is there.
fun intro episode. ryoota and chika's childhood promise to get married is established early and its cute. the classroom setting is comfortable and the comedy is decent.
the ending of the series wasn't bad nor great. what really piqued my interest was the continues art styles that changes every time and the screentime of Kouji and Aihara ‒ what i don't really understand in each episode is WHY a 5th grader knows all this 'ecchi' stuffs and talks about marriage 🙈 oh well, if you want to watch a series just to kill some time plus a light-hearted comedy, better watch this. Jya neh~!! 😉
Ehhhh even the last episode was boriiing huhuhu I mean it was all about Ryota and Chika's past and promises to each other when they were just kindergarten children. What bothers me most that young children having a conversation about marriage, i mean they were just kids, they were too young to talk about that stuffs, was that even possible? I guess in anime, yes? Btw, it made me again sleepy watching the last episode. I thought it would be a really fun episode, but, i guess not heheheheh
well, at least a good episode, i am quite entertained. 👌 that potato-fart scene HAHAHAHA so far no more ecchi and the moment between Ryouta and Chika was cute~!! 💖 i also want to add that Kouji in the earlier episodes up to now is being a man of funny.. that cake part made me extremely laughing 🤣🤣 — next episode plsss
It's the most wonderful time of the year hohohoho Merry Christmas!! The episode was about the kids spending time in the snow and on Christmas day. But OMG no way Ryota just did that to Chika. To think they were just 5th graders huhuhu
winter has started but the boys still doing some stupid stuff which made this episode enjoyable and adding up the funny scene of the silent girl Aihara-san, i wouldn't be watching this anymore without her 😅 also.. the hair scene was epiccc~!!
Nothing special in this episode, Just a new daily activities and friendship things for the 5th grade kiddos. Watching this episode made me sleepy again. I hope watching the last episode would be worth it hehehe
another boring stuff we have here unlike the last episode which i said was really funny.. somehow watching Ryouta and Chika reminds me of Naruto and Sakura but on a different manner mehehe 😂 anyway, let's see what will happen in the next episode.
