At the start of this current arc, the setup felt fairly typical, but the direction of events has diverged noticeably as the plot progresses. And following the structure of the last episode, this one relies once again on disjointed time skips compared to previous arcs, which ends up dragging the pacing down for me. It jumps around with heavy dialogue throughout, but the exciting, high stakes moments only truly begin toward the very end.
