A fast-paced episode, we see General Gould advance his offensive against the United Nations and all the geopolitical movement surrounding the advance of the Ulysses submarine. On the other hand, Keel Island discovers what the weapons carried by this vehicle were used for. It is a canon episode within the story, entertaining to watch, with quite a bit of deep dialogue on military, offensive and defensive topics.
