Three Leaves, Three Colors
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Having gone from pampered to poor after the bankruptcy of her father's company, Youko Nishikawa struggles to drop her princess-like persona and make friends at her all-girls high school. One day, while eating alone in a nearby forest, she has a chance encounter with Futaba Odagiri, the super-energetic transfer student, and Teru Hayama, an innocent-looking girl with a surprisingly direct and sometimes mean personality. Despite their differing personalities, the three girls who all have the kanji for "leaf" in their name begin an unlikely friendship as they try to navigate through an amusing and spontaneous adventure known as high school life. Sansha Sanyou is a cheerful, cute series revolving around three close but very different friends as they try to balance the everyday challenges that school and adolescence have to offer.

There's a very significant part here that you shouldn't miss for Yoko's development! It really is a huge mark for how much she has come to live life the way she is now, and it's really adorable. Overall, not too bad! It's a good watch!
I love the mini banters in this episode, it's all adorable! Not sure if the ending of the episode felt satisfactory even if its at the end of the day type of scene. It just feels awkward to watch
A lovely christmas for the girls here, but I feel like much is lacking in the episode itself? I thought the girls would have a lot more fun than that. Overall, nothing too negative to say really.
Good episode overall, this time we get to see the girls' school culture fest! I didn't think Youko would go all out, but I guess she has just truly come out of her isolation from way back. Also love to know more about Futaba aside from eating shenanigans - I think her qualities are pretty cute too.
Seeing Hayama outside of their usual group feels different here, but still, her personality remains on mark. I almost thought she was genuinely going to turn differently from this episode because of the interactions she had.
Adorable look for Futaba here - she's a character that's very simple to understand and somehow she got herself in a rather funny conflict. I love seeing new characters here as they also expand what we know about the characters. Nothing too big really happens here.
Beach episode segment! I sure missed watching episodes like this. Overall it was pretty fun watching too, but nothing much really happens that's different/unique from a combination of interactions between characters in this one.
I swear nothing makes me laugh harder than seeing Sonobe and her tirades in the episode - her comedic timing is always so good LOL. I love seeing these interactions among the cast members beyond just our three leads. I think it's great that everyone gets their own share of the spotlight and we see how much fun they're all having.
New characters are introduced in this episode, who are all fun and I wonder how often we'll get to see them in the next episodes. What I find cute from this episode is how relaxed Youko is now around her friends. I can't believe it's only been four episode and she's already come this far!
That was quite fun! I love seeing Sonobe interact with the girls here and how welcoming she is, and seeing a funny rivalry going on between Yamaji and Sonobe was unexpected for me. The way the events all tie up together was also written out nice.
I quite like the flow of events here, the way we end up with more info about Hayama without it being a literal info dump of events. Seeing her sister Kou was also a great bonus! The small contrast between their personalities was really cute and I feel like their bonds have been strong because they check and balance each other in a way.
Cute and lively debut episode! I already like how energetic the opening theme is, and the girls are all lovely so far. It looks like there's a segment there that does preview a small part of the episode, which I found neat. Youko's an interesting lead together with Futaba and Hayama, and I look forward to seeing more of their school life together.
Happy love month with the girls! Yamaji is so funny, literally over the top "one call away" hahaha. Loved the adorable cats repaying them and the never ending banter between Nishiyama and Hayama is gold. Such a fun buildup as we head into the finale.
This Christmas episode gave such warm holiday vibes. I was laughing so hard at Futaba and Yoko's wild imaginations because their comedic timing was just perfect. I absolutely love their friendship. Such a heartwarming episode. This makes me love this trio even more.
Such a fun and exciting episode for the girls! Really! This episode captures those nostalgic high school vibes so well and it honestly made me miss high school. Seeing how they handle the festival chaos is real comedic especially the sheer panic. Easily one of my favorite episodes so far.
I really enjoyed watching Hayama and Nishiyama's rival encounters! I just can't deny that there is real tension between them, and it makes me giggle when they throw banters at each other. 😂
The Tsuji siblings really spiced up the girls' lives! Episode 7 was a total comedic blast. I can't wait to see how they continue to clash and interact with everyone in the next episodes LOL!
I also want to go to the beach! 🏖️ Their beach summer episode was so fun to watch. I am still wondering how Sonobe and Yamaji got the rare ingredients for the lunch they prepared for the girls haha! #SanshaSanyouSummer
This was such a comfy watch. I love how Nishiyama's competitiveness somehow keeps bringing her closer to the girls. Sonobe's randomness really gets me every time. I also loved the little moments between everyone, and that ending felt so warm and comforting to watch.
Oh, to have friends you can bond with and run to when needed. I really enjoyed how the animation and aesthetics matched each character's personality, interests, and hobbies. Teru's serious hobby and Yoko's humble dreams surprised me. Yu and Sakura's interactions were adorable and so funny!
