The Unaware Atelier Meister Season 2
Oshimeter
Synopsis
After being booted from the Hero's Party for his inability to fight, Kurt finds himself on his own. Thing is, nobody bothered to check that his cooking, crafting, mining, and construction skills are all ranked SSS. Not even Kurt himself. He just thinks he's a regular guy doing regular stuff, while everyone around him is losing their minds over the legendary-tier weapons he casually hammers out in his workshop. The first season set up this whole premise of a dude who's basically the most overpowered support character in the kingdom and has zero clue about it, and now season two of this TV series picks up with Kurt's workshop growing into something bigger. More people start showing up — adventurers, craftsmen, curious locals — all drawn to his ridiculous talents. The missions get larger in scale, and Kurt keeps accidentally reshaping the political and economic landscape of the kingdom just by doing what he considers normal chores. The comedy works because Kurt is genuinely humble and oblivious, not playing dumb for laughs. If you liked the community-building side of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime or the way The Rising of the Shield Hero handles a protagonist who thrives outside traditional combat roles, this hits a similar spot. It's lighter in tone than either of those, leaning more into comedy and slice-of-life moments between the action beats. Based on the light novel, there's plenty of material to draw from, so expect the world to keep expanding in fun directions.
