Episode 6 is a solid entry in the series. It develops the ayakashi companions, introduces a new mystery tied to Seika's past, and continues to build the political intrigue. The animation is still average, and the academy scenes feel like a step down after the divine beast arc, but the writing and character work carry the episode. If you've been invested in the story, this episode delivers.
