The Legend of Thunder!

Kenta, a young Pokemon trainer, reunites with his childhood friend Marina at a Pokemon Center to test their battling skills. Their friendly competition is disrupted by the arrival of Bashou and Buson, members of Team Rocket, who are utilizing the Crystal System to attract Electric-type Pokemon during a thunderstorm. Their mission, orchestrated by Shiranui-hakase, is to capture Pokemon and return them to Sakaki. Kenta and Marina discover the villains' scheme and attempt to intervene, but their efforts are complicated when the legendary Pokemon Raikou is captured, escalating the stakes of their fight against Team Rocket.
