A Rakugo-ka, a lone storyteller, performs the story of PARROT. The narrative unfolds through the use of Japanese characters, likely conveying the story's essence through their visual representation. This animated work was created in 2016 by Haruka Umemura, a student at the Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation.
