SWORDGAI The Animation Part II

Gai and Shin's stories are starting to intertwine along with both versions of Shiryu. Great plot progression throughout while Gai is still struggling with his inner demons.

Great plot progression while Grimm's plan to take over the world seems to be on track. Gai's return is expected but a welcoming to the audience.

The higher-ups in Shoshidai is really shady while Shin gets a surprising gift and a surprise for the viewers in the end of the episode.

Issei's backstory is a laugh trip while Sayaka and Shin shares a moment and a budding romance blooms between them.

What a rollercoaster ride for Marcus in this episode with what he learned about Shishodai and the others while Sayaka deal with grief.

Gai's story continues as he goes on to fulfill his promise to Seiya Ichijo while also holding on to his humanity and a shocking end to the episode.

Himiko and Kazumo's finale was so incredibly stupid. I like Matoba's final evolution as a character, but for the most part, the other characters got worse.Grimm's voicing is actually really good. The ending was a sh*t show. They didn't do anything special with the monster design, music, or animation for the finale

I like how Gai and Matoba are supposed to be opposites. I prefer Matoba. Gai is way too edgy and nonchalant. The growing inferiority complex is justified and entertaining to see. The fighting choreography was nice, and I have gotten used to the 3D.

Ogata drives a wedge between Gai and Matoba. She is a good tool for developing a dynamic between the two. But she is a terrible character on her own; she doesn't exist without the other two. This episode felt a bit slower, while the sound and animation remained consistent.

This episode was very funny. THe whole Isei and the fat woman bit is not funnu, it's just creepy. The monster design was pretty cool. The pacing really grips you and doesn't let you go.

A good episode I am really enjoying Matoba's character arc. He feels like the protagonist of the season and they are doing a good job bridging between him and Gai. The sound and animation remain consistent

Kuroamaru is so annoying to hear!!! The pacing slowed down a bit. The sound design is still unremarkable; all other aspects have remained constant

Gai is so edgy! I wish they would do more with his character, like maybe giving him some romance. The pacing is pretty tight, while the audio and visuals remained constant.

This show is surprisingly captivating. It keeps your attention, but it just struggles with having a coherent overarching plot. We finally see Gai, it's almost like he isn't the protagonist anymore. That's all for the writing and pacing. Instead, the visuals still feel very low quality

Marcus' condition is really quite fascinating. I couldn't take my eyes away from him when he was on screen. The 3D is terrible as always, but the new design was really good.

Intresting episode the old fat woman is a bit creepy. It was a good introduction of the new charactes. They introdution really shines light on the diffrent power levels of the various agents. The pacing is still a bit dull

It is a Ok episode, we shine a spotlight on Marcus, and it was nice to see. Though the character writing is still very shallow. The 3D is terrible as always, and the art style has a "washed", blurry look

The 3D animation is terrible; they had another chance to fix it, and they didn't. The music is good, but don't expect this to be any better than the previous season

The intense battle highlighted the finale, paired with good visuals, soundtrack and effects. Although, it appears that the story is not complete yet. Hoping that there will be a new season.

This episode is more like a setup for the finale, which will make you crave for the next episode. The visuals, soundtrack and effect are still spot though.
