I actually really enjoyed seeing the whole blacksmithing process unfold; it was cool to see a different side of Aincrad, and honestly, Liz's dedication to forging the Dark Repulser with so much care really showed how much she cares for Kirito, which just made the sword feel so much more meaningful.
