📖 SYNOPSIS

The Earth Federation Government struggles to recover after suffering significant losses in a recent war. Brian Midcrid, the president of the Unified Colonies, assumes the presidency of the Federation. During an emergency session of the Federation Diet, Midcrid makes a historic announcement. He publicly acknowledges the existence of extraterrestrials, revealing the events of the L5 campaign to the general public in what becomes known as the "Tokyo Declaration." Midcrid emphasizes the serious threat these aliens pose to the survival of humanity, setting the stage for future conflicts. The anime explores themes of rebuilding, facing external threats, and the political ramifications of alien contact.
