Synopsis
A mysterious invitation brings Sayaka Shirakawa and a group of young women together for a summer getaway, and honestly, the premise is exactly as simple and laid-back as that sounds. They're heading to Hotel Naruto for a weekend of beach days and hot spring soaks when they cross paths with a quiet stranger named Nanashi, who ends up tagging along for the ride. That's pretty much where the setup plants its feet — no grand conflict, no looming threat, just a sleepy summer village called Tokiwa and a cast of characters figuring out how they relate to each other over a few lazy days. This is a single-episode OVA, originally bundled as a bonus fourth episode in the Suika visual novel boxset, so it carries that quiet, supplemental energy — something made for fans who already care about these characters and want a little more time with them. The character designs come from Naru Nanao, and there's a deliberate emotional warmth threading through the interactions, even when nothing dramatic is happening. If you've seen something like Fuyu no Okurimono and appreciated how those kinds of stories let relationships breathe without forcing big dramatic moments, this hits a similar note. It's unhurried, character-driven, and genuinely interested in the small emotional textures between people rather than plot mechanics. Worth a look if that slower, intimate tone is what you're after.
