Sui Tang Heroes

📖 SYNOPSIS

Set during the tumultuous late Sui and Tang dynasties, the story follows Li Yuan, an imperial official who seeks to escape the clutches of the ambitious Yang Guang, who plots to seize the throne. Li Yuan's son, Li Shimin, is forced to leave his beloved Changsun Wurong to avoid persecution. While en route, Li Shimin is attacked by an assassin sent by Yang Guang, but is saved by the heroic Qin Qiong, forming a deep bond.

As Li Shimin continues his journey, he encounters and befriends other valiant individuals, including Xu Maogong, Yuchigong, and Cheng Biajin. These heroes band together, united by their shared desire for justice and a better future. The narrative explores themes of loyalty, courage, and the struggle against tyranny as Li Shimin and his allies prepare to confront Yang Guang's oppressive rule. The anime focuses on the formation of these bonds and the challenges they face.
